General Symptoms and Information about COVID-19:

Best Ways to Stay Safe: https://www.redcross.org/about-us/news-and-events/news/2020/coronavirus-safety-and-readiness-tips-for-you.html

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place or blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing. Or at least use hand sanitizers with 60% alcohol (but washing hands is the best).

  • Avoid close contact with sick people, stay home as much as possible, avoid non-essential travel.

  • Practice social distancing by keeping 6 feet away from each other

  • Cover your mouth and nose with cloth face cover as well as cover coughs and sneezes

  • Clean and disinfect surfaces frequently touched surfaces daily

    • Please understand the quarantine guidelines of your houses and who to contact if you contract COVID-19.
